    Kia ora Paul, welcome to the wonderful world of flash fiction! My advice – eliminate any unnecessary words, no adverbs, don’t be afraid of using the white space on the page, don’t be afraid to edit (x10), read it out loud, and keep it punchy. Iona 🙂

      thanks for the advice Iona! Breaking out from the very concentrated form of poetry is fun. Need to find the right balance!
